Thank you for shopping at Inspira Vista. We offer both instant digital downloads and premium physical prints. Please review our policies below based on the type of product you have purchased.
Digital Downloads
Due to the instant and accessible nature of digital products, all sales of digital files are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital art once the purchase is complete and the download link has been provided. If you experience any technical issues downloading your files, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.
Physical Prints (Made to Order)
Our physical posters are custom-printed just for you at the time of your order using our global network of premium print partners.
- No Returns for Buyer's Remorse: Because every poster is printed specifically to fulfill your order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds if you change your mind or order the incorrect size. Please double-check the dimensions before completing your purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your physical poster arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- Claim Process: To resolve an issue with a damaged print, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. You must include your order number and a clear photo showing the damage to the item and the packaging.
